Sous L'Arbre is the catering activity of L'Arbre à Pain, an artisanal bakery and caterer in SCOP located in Saint-Gobain, in the heart of the Saint-Gobain forest (Aisne).

Our signature: a completely homemade cuisine, cooked in a wood-fired oven from our bakery, using organic and local products — vegetables from neighboring farmers and the many producers and farmers in our local network.

We support seminars, study days, and team retreats directly at your venue: breakfasts, hot and cold buffets, cocktail finger food, brunches, and barbecues.

And for truly memorable dining experiences, generous artisanal cooking that balances tradition and modernity: slow-cooked dishes, wood-fired oven gratins, reinvented regional recipes — the kind of dishes you wouldn’t expect from a caterer.

Each menu is tailored, with genuine vegetarian options (not just a simple option), thematic red threads to vary meals over several days, and systematic labeling of allergens.

We deliver with warmth retention, in self-service — and if you wish, a member of our team can be present to ensure the service.

For your activity days or excursions, we also prepare carefully curated portable meals: generously filled pitas, complete salads, bakery desserts — to take away or delivered directly to where your team is located.
