L'Incandescent

L'Incandescent, founded in 2016 by Grégory and Marie Beauquis, is a rotisserie restaurant located at 4 Faubourg Sainte-Claire, in the heart of the old town of Annecy. The restaurant specializes in meats cooked over a wood fire or on a spit, showcasing the expertise of French rotisserie with a menu focused on poultry and red meats. Among the signature dishes are the Bresse chicken and the pork loin from Franche-Comté, highlighting fresh, quality products sourced from local farms. The dining experience is designed for convivial sharing, combining traditional flavours and indulgence to create generous and tasty plates. L'Incandescent showcases local producers such as Domaine Jean Perrier & Fils, offering Savoie wines like Mondeuse, Gamay, and Pinot, along with fresh goat cheese from Chevrerie de la Closette in Thônes. The restaurant also promotes lesser-known wines to complement its cuisine.
