La Tchanka

La Tchanka is a bistronomic brewery located in Castets, near Dax in the Landes region. It presents itself as a Grill & Bar that harmonises modernity with regional identity, focusing on generous and gastronomic cuisine made from fresh ingredients. The menu combines local products from the Landes with recipes and flavours from around the world, offering daily specials at lunch, à la carte dishes, and daily specials displayed on a blackboard for both lunch and dinner.
