La Table de Montagne is the gourmet restaurant of Chalet Hôtel Le Collet, a stylish mountain chalet-hotel perched at 1,110 m in the Ballons des Vosges Regional Nature Park. Olivier Lapôtre, holder of the title Maître Cuisinier de France, leads the kitchen alongside chef Julien Claude. The team sources explicitly from local and artisanal producers and highlights craftsmen from the Grand-Est as primary suppliers. The cuisine is regionally inspired and seasonal, drawing on the best of Vosges produce and local artisans while applying contemporary techniques and creative pairings; guests may choose à la carte regional specialties or a carefully composed seven-course tasting sequence. Specialties include a seven-step Menu Dégustation (reservation required), a 100% local breakfast buffet, a monthly Sunday brunch on the last Sunday of each month, regional producers’ dishes and charcuterie and cheese boards at the bar.
