Ristorante Vignamare is a Michelin-starred restaurant situated within the Colla Micheri vineyard, offering views over the Gulf of Andora in Italy. The venue occupies a restored 1970s circular water cistern, its architecture blending seamlessly with surrounding vineyards, olive groves, and maritime pines. Inside, solid oak boiserie reminiscent of wine barrels and earthy resins create a warm, minimalistic, and elegant setting designed for guest comfort. The kitchen showcases a modern, market-driven approach that highlights fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced mainly from the restaurant’s own agricultural estate, which includes a rich garden, local cheeses, and Ligurian olive oil. Chefs Luca Bertora and Claudio Aliperti lead the creative direction, combining regional tradition with international experience to develop tasting menus that emphasize local flavors and sustainable practices. The wine list exclusively features Ligurian labels from Cantina Lupi, including historic vintages of their top product, Vignamare.
