The event venue is located in Berlin Wilmersdorf, centrally in West Berlin, close to the exhibition grounds and the Kurfürstendamm. It houses a historic building that was originally constructed between 1903 and 1906 as a water pumping station, showcasing early industrial architecture of the 20th century with neo-Gothic brick elements. The building was renovated in 2001 and repurposed as an event venue and underwent further modernization in 2021. The main event space is a spacious hall of 1000 m² with high ceilings, natural daylight, and a distinctive neo-Gothic style. It offers flexible layouts with capacities for up to 600 guests for cocktail receptions and 330 for island seating. The hall is equipped with lighting and sound systems, microphones, tables, lounge furniture, chairs, and a DJ booth. Event services include in-house catering options with buffet or menu choices, street food buffets, and food trucks for outdoor events. A professional bar service with open bar options is also available. The venue offers all-inclusive packages that cover room rental, technical equipment, catering, furniture, and service for events lasting 4, 6, or 8 hours.
