Nobu Dubai is the iconic Japanese restaurant located on the 22nd floor of Atlantis The Palm, one of Dubai's most celebrated resort destinations on Palm Jumeirah. Part of the globally renowned Nobu brand, the restaurant combines the artistry of traditional Japanese cuisine with a modern, luxury aesthetic, delivering panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf, the city skyline, and the Palm's sweeping coastline.

The culinary offering centers on Japanese cuisine with vegetarian options available. Nobu Dubai provides full in-house catering alongside a dedicated in-house beverage service, and alcohol is served on-site, making it well-suited for hosted receptions, gala dinners, and private celebrations alike.

The venue comprises three distinct spaces. The main Nobu restaurant accommodates up to 150 guests and serves as the primary setting for large-scale events, from corporate galas to milestone celebrations. The Terrace offers an open-air setting with capacity for up to 40 guests, providing an atmospheric backdrop with sea and skyline views. The Private Dining room is an intimate space accommodating up to 15 guests, ideal for confidential meetings, executive lunches, or exclusive private dinners.

For event production, Nobu Dubai is equipped with high-speed internet access, professional sound systems, and a selection of wireless, handheld, and lapel microphones, with an on-site technician available to support live events. Ambient lighting including uplighting and color-changing LEDs allows for flexible atmosphere creation.
