Tropical Haven for Every Occasion is a tropical-themed bar and event venue located in the Barrio Logan neighborhood of San Diego. Spanning approximately 9,000 square feet, the space combines indoor comfort with outdoor energy through lush plant décor, colorful LED lighting, velvet furnishings, waterfall features, and a warm, festive atmosphere. The Indoor Lounge is a private event space of approximately 93 m² (1,000 sq ft), accommodating up to 50 standing guests or 20 seated. It features velvet sofas, tables, a full bar, LED lighting, and large windows. It is well suited for cocktail receptions, birthday parties, corporate mixers, and intimate celebrations. The Outdoor Garden is an expansive 8,000 sq ft open-air space featuring cabana seating, potted tropical plants, artificial grass, a waterfall feature, and LED lighting. It accommodates up to 249 standing guests or 100 seated, making it ideal for larger receptions, outdoor celebrations, and ticketed events. The Whole Venue option provides exclusive use of the entire 9,000 sq ft property, combining the indoor and outdoor areas to host up to 250 guests in a classroom layout, up to 210 standing, or up to 150 for dining. This option includes access to a DJ booth, stage, three Jumbotron screens, cinema lounge chairs, two bars, a golf cart, and a wine tasting area. The Zone Booking option allows smaller groups of up to 10 guests to reserve a semi-private indoor lounge area, featuring velvet lounge seating, barstools, tall tables, flat-screen TVs, and karaoke capability. It is suited for intimate parties, karaoke nights, wine tastings, and social mixers. Bar service is included across all bookings. External catering is welcomed for food, and an event coordinator is on-site during all events.
