Come in Corte Aurora is a gourmet restaurant nestled in the Euganean Hills, founded in the summer of 2021 by brothers Andrea and Paolo Cortellazzo, who come from a long heritage of restaurateurs. The venue is designed to feel welcoming and authentic, reflecting the Cortellazzo family's over 20 years of experience in hospitality. Their agriturismo "Corte Aurora," established in 2001 on their family farm in Cona, Venice province, features a prized Irish Aberdeen Angus cattle breeding, with the farm’s meat serving as a focal point of the menu. Culinary leadership is provided by chefs Marco and Claudio Mandara, originally from Rome but long based in Veneto. They combine creativity and passion with rigorous study and international experience, crafting dishes that challenge standard norms. The restaurant embodies a family-centered approach both front and back of house, offering a contemporary Venetian Italian cuisine rooted in tradition yet marked by innovation and instinct.
