Mel's Drive-In Hollywood is a classic American diner and restaurant situated on North Highland Avenue in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The venue features vintage black-and-white photographs, exposed brick walls, teal diner chairs, checkered placemats, and red booth seating, creating a nostalgic atmosphere rooted in American diner culture and Hollywood history. The Private Bar — also known as The Celebrity Bar — is an intimate event space within the venue, accommodating up to 60 guests seated or 70 for standing receptions. It features red leather booths, a full glass ceiling, and walls lined with iconic Hollywood photography. This space is well suited to cocktail receptions, private dinners, birthday gatherings, and corporate happy hours. The Entire Venue accommodates up to 140 guests in a seated dining arrangement or up to 160 for standing receptions, making it suitable for larger private events, celebrations, corporate dinners, and buyout experiences. In-house catering is available across both spaces, offering an American menu with an extensive vegan selection. Alcohol is served on-site under a licence until 10:00 pm.
