Millennium Al Barsha is a 4-star hotel belonging to the Millennium Hotels and Resorts chain, operating under the Millennium Place brand. The Topaz Meeting Room at 46 m² supports up to 35 guests in theatre, 30 in classroom, and 22 in boardroom layout. The Ruby Boardroom, at 27 m², is an intimate space designed for up to 8 guests in a boardroom or cocktail setting.

On the technical side, all spaces are equipped with high-speed internet access, high-definition projectors, screens, LED displays and video walls, wireless and lapel microphones, sound systems, and video conferencing equipment. Dimmable lighting controls and available on-site AV and lighting technicians ensure full production support. The venue also provides a broad range of furniture options — including folding, banquet and theatre-style chairs, round and rectangular tables, cocktail tables, and lounge furniture — alongside portable walls, rigging points, floral arrangements, and linen services.

With 299 guest rooms, the hotel is well suited to residential corporate programmes, multi-day training sessions, seminars, meetings, networking events, and team-building activities.
