The Arcadia Resorts is an event and accommodation property set in the pastoral outskirts of the Dallas–Fort Worth area, near Aurora, Texas. The property combines dedicated event spaces with resort-style ranch home accommodations, making it a destination suited for weddings, family reunions, corporate gatherings, and multi-day celebrations that require both a venue and overnight lodging. The Rustic Charms is a 4,000 sq ft Texas-style rustic party barn capable of accommodating up to 200 dining guests or 250 standing. Exposed wooden beams are adorned with thousands of LED lights, creating a warm ambiance in the evenings. The barn opens directly onto a green outdoor area that can be arranged for outdoor games, catering stations, or additional seating. This space is well suited for large celebrations and receptions. The Rendezvous is a second, more intimate event space offering a banquet setup for up to 80 guests, a theatre-style arrangement for up to 100 guests, or a standing cocktail reception for up to 120 guests. It is suited for smaller gatherings and features natural light and a quiet atmosphere. On-site accommodations across two resort-style ranch homes can host up to 60 guests, making the property particularly well suited for destination weddings, multi-day retreats, and group events. Custom pricing and package discounts are available when combining accommodation with event space rental. The venue permits external catering, BYO alcohol, and the use of your own music or a DJ.
