Arco is a La Rochelle restaurant. The name Arco ("arche" in Spanish). The restaurant presents a two-act culinary concept. The site credits Christopher TRÉMINE and his team for the evening creations. Arco appears in Michelin's selection as modern cuisine (Cuisine moderne), and special-event menus and multi-course tasting journeys sit alongside à-la-carte and children's options. Set under the iconic arches of rue du Minage, the dining room connects street, table and open kitchen and is appointed with decor filled with references to travel, history, colour and culture, delivering an intimate, elegant and warm service and setting. The kitchen prioritises local products, seasonal sourcing and sustainable practices; cooking shifts between a carefully prepared, seasonal midday lunch (weekly-changing and relaxed) and an evening gastronomic approach that is progressive and audacious, with dishes paired to a world-spanning, thoughtfully curated wine list. Specialties include Saint-Jacques preparations, a langoustine starter, sole petit bateau, selle d'agneau and an artisanal cheese selection (Brie de Meaux with truffles).
