What is a venue finder?
A venue finder is a service that matches a corporate event with the right venue based on real criteria: budget, capacity, dates, and constraints. Unlike a venue directory, which simply lists spaces, Naboo draws on a curated network of vetted venues, shows real pricing, and books the venue for you, so you don't have to send inquiry forms and wait for callbacks.
Is Venue finding only for large events?
No. The network covers events from 5 to 300 participants. Naboo suggests venues sized for your actual headcount, so a 15-person offsite gets venues built for 15 people, not a directory sized for a 300-person conference.
What types of venues can I find on Naboo?
Seminar venues, corporate retreat venues, conference rooms, meeting rooms, hotels, restaurants and bars, and team building venues, from privatizable châteaux and countryside estates to city-centre spaces, across France, Europe and North America, for events from 5 to 300 participants.
Are the venue prices transparent?
Yes. The prices displayed are the venues' own prices, never higher than booking direct, with no hidden costs or margins. Thanks to its volume, Naboo also negotiates preferential rates of 10 to 15%.
