What are turnkey events?
Turnkey events are corporate events where Naboo takes care of the operational side, from the brief to the big day. In practice, a dedicated Event Manager coordinates every supplier, the logistics and the event app for your attendees, while you keep the overall direction. It is Naboo's event management offer, for teams that want help running the event, not just finding the venue.
How does the event management service work, step by step?
It starts with your brief: format, headcount, budget, dates, location and what matters most. Naboo then sends you a scenario with venues, suppliers and a programme. Once you sign the quote, your Event Manager coordinates the suppliers, timing, rooming list, menus and attendee communications, as your single point of contact. At the end, you receive one invoice.
What should I prepare before I ask for a quote?
The basics: event format, number of attendees, budget, dates, location, and any priorities or constraints. Sending a brief is free, and nothing is booked until you sign the quote. If you want your Event Manager on site, mention it in your brief: it is available on request, at an additional cost.
Is the Event Manager on site on the day?
Not by default. Your Event Manager coordinates the day with every supplier, and priority support is reachable 7 days a week. If you need someone on site, ask for it in your brief and Naboo will add it to your quote as an extra.
What kinds of events is it for?
Seminars, offsites, team events, conventions, kick-offs, executive events, corporate parties and multi-day retreats, from 5 to 300 participants, in France, across Europe and abroad. It is especially useful when the logistics are complex or the event is high-visibility: a 40-person offsite and a 250-person seminar both fit.
How much does event management cost compared with booking direct?
You pay the suppliers' prices negotiated by Naboo, with 10 to 15% savings vs booking direct, plus one all-inclusive service fee that covers your Event Manager and the event app. It is not a flat price or a per-person charge, and everything is in your quote before you sign.
What happens after I sign the quote?
Your Event Manager takes over the transport, timing and run of show, the rooming list, menus and dietary needs, so you no longer manage each supplier yourself. Your attendees get the Naboo event app, at no cost per attendee: invitations, live agenda, practical info and messages. And you receive one invoice for the whole event.
How is this different from Venue finding and Naboo Agency?
With Venue finding, Naboo finds, negotiates and books your venues and suppliers, then you run the logistics yourself. Turnkey events adds the operational layer: your Event Manager coordinates every supplier, transport, timing, the rooming list, menus and the event app. For large-scale or fully custom events, Naboo Agency designs and produces the event with you.
