The problem

Behind every supplier your company pays, there's a hidden factory.

Onboarding, compliance checks, banking verification, master data, payment runs, reconciliation: the same cost whether the spend is large or small. No category multiplies suppliers like corporate events.

How it works

From five suppliers to one invoice.

Your team books the event

Venue, catering, activities, entertainment, transport, chosen freely, as always. Nothing changes for organisers.

Sales kick-off in Lisbon from Oct 14 to 15 for 120 people with 5 suppliers booked by your team: venue, catering, AV and lighting, entertainment and transport, chosen freely as always

Naboo contracts each supplier

Suppliers are vetted and rated before they ever reach your event.

One supplier on your side

Your company deals with Naboo only: one supplier account and, if you work with purchase orders, one PO per event.

You receive one invoice

One invoice, one payment, automated reporting, and not a single new supplier in your ERP.

Who it serves

Finance gets order. Procurement gets scale. Organisers get nothing to do.

“Single-supplier billing changes who you pay, not what you pay.”

For financeOne supplier in the ERP instead of dozens. Fewer payment runs, cleaner reconciliation, one invoice per event, and reporting that arrives without being chased.

For procurementThe long tail of event suppliers collapses into one supplier of record. Supplier compliance, vetting and risk sit with Naboo, and the supplier base finally shrinks instead of growing.

For organisersNothing changes. Same platform, same 170,000+ partners, same freedom of choice. The paperwork simply stops being their problem.

FAQ

What is a single vendor of record (single-supplier billing)?

It means Naboo becomes your single supplier of record for corporate events. Naboo contracts directly with each event supplier, venue, catering, entertainment, AV, transport, pays them, and issues you one consolidated invoice. Your company deals with one supplier and one payment per event, instead of onboarding and paying every supplier individually.

Why do companies use single-supplier billing for events?

Because every supplier in an ERP has a processing cost: onboarding, compliance checks, master data, payment runs, reconciliation. Corporate events multiply suppliers faster than any other category. A single offsite can create five new suppliers. Consolidating them behind Naboo removes that cost at the source.

Does it cost more than paying suppliers directly?

No. The prices displayed on Naboo are the providers' own prices, never higher than contracting direct, with preferential rates of 10 to 15% negotiated through Naboo's volume. The savings on invoice processing and supplier administration come on top.

Who holds the contract with the suppliers?

Naboo does. Naboo contracts with each supplier, carries the supplier relationship, and pays them. Your company's only contractual counterpart is Naboo: one contract, one supplier record, one invoice.

What can be included on the consolidated invoice?

Every component of the event booked through Naboo: venue, accommodation, catering, activities, entertainment, event services (photography, AV, staff) and transport. However many providers deliver the event, you receive one invoice.

How does it work with the Control Tower?

Single vendor of record makes Naboo your only supplier on file. The Control Tower gives you consolidated visibility and reporting on all your event spend. Together, they turn events into a managed spend category.

What is invoice carrying?

Invoice carrying is for the suppliers you already work with directly. The relationship with the supplier stays yours; Naboo acts purely as an administrative relay, with centralised payments and one consolidated invoice. It is available with framework contracts.
