How do venue partners receive payments?
Partners receive an individual virtual credit card (VCC) directly in their Naboo Host Space. They simply charge the card using their standard payment terminal, exactly as they would with bookings from platforms like Expedia or Booking.com.
What currencies are supported by Naboo Card?
Naboo Card supports multi-currency settlements in EUR, USD, GBP and CHF.
Is virtual card payment secure for partners?
Yes. Access to virtual card details in the Host Space requires two-factor authentication (OTP) sent directly to the verified partner admin contact.
What if a partner cannot accept card payments?
While virtual cards are the default, Naboo accommodates partners with specific payment constraints (such as non-profit status or specific banking structures) through a streamlined wire transfer approval flow.
