Asador Concepción, established in 1994 in Albacete, Spain, is a family-run restaurant now led by the third generation of the Rosendo family. Its cuisine reflects a sophisticated interpretation of La Mancha flavors, merging traditional and modern Mediterranean techniques. Emphasizing meticulous sourcing, the kitchen delivers well-crafted dishes designed to highlight the best qualities of each ingredient. The dining experience is supported by over 200 carefully selected wines, chosen to complement the broad menu, which includes Old cow sirloin, Tuna tataki, Red fruit gazpacho, Corvina with black garlic, and traditional spoon dishes, alongside creative tapas and homemade desserts like apple tart.
