Bo-tannique is located in the historic centre of Bordeaux, where chefs Florent and Romain, along with sommelier Guillaume, embody their shared vision. Signature dishes include salmon with Tahitian condiments, a Thai coconut milk soup, an aged beef rib with pepper and fresh mint, and a sea bream with a spice crust. The culinary approach is refined, nomadic, and indulgent, with a focus on local produce and short supply chains to create exceptional dishes at reasonable prices.
