Domaine PASSOT Rémy & Fils

In the heart of the Beaujolais wine region, Domaine Passot is a family-run winery in Chiroubles. Dominique and Rémy work alongside their sons Félix and Simon, the family's fifth generation of winemakers. The estate produces several Beaujolais crus and special cuvées from its vineyards. Its wine-tourism experiences combine guided tastings, an introduction to winemaking and a traditional Beaujolais mâchon of regional charcuterie and cheeses. One experience includes a visit to the winery in Régnié-Durette, a stop at La Terrasse de Chiroubles and a guided tasting in the cellar. The estate also offers a picnic to enjoy among the vines. For companies, a seminar programme pairs a meeting in the cellar with a mâchon and wine tasting. The estate also has a suite with a private outdoor spa and panoramic views of the Alps.
