Good Life Resorts is a family-owned, certified legal hotel and vacation rental resort located in the Stockton neighborhood of San Diego, approximately 14 blocks east of Downtown and one mile from the ocean. As a legal hotel, events hosted on the property are fully compliant, offering organizers confidence when planning parties, weddings, or corporate gatherings. The Beach Boardwalk is a semi-private outdoor garden space that brings a beach atmosphere to the city. It features pro-tour-quality silica sand, a beach bar with counter, flatscreen TV and fridge, and beach games including corn hole, jumbo Connect Four, and plastic axe throwing. Mood lighting adds to the ambiance. The space accommodates up to 100 seated guests and 140 standing, and can be expanded to accommodate up to 300 guests when connected to additional resort spaces. It is well suited for cocktail receptions, birthday parties, weddings, and social gatherings. Guests may bring their own catering and alcohol, with a range of add-ons available. The Sanctuary is the venue's indoor flagship event space, housed within a historic church structure featuring unique arches, double hung windows, and 13-foot ceilings. The interior measures 17 feet wide by 70 feet long and includes a full kitchen with a long live edge table. An exterior deck measuring 21 by 60 feet offers shaded areas, alongside a 20-by-12-foot tiki bar thatch area equipped with a BBQ, counter, and sink. The Sanctuary accommodates up to 100 seated guests and 120 standing, making it suitable for private celebrations, corporate gatherings, and wedding-adjacent occasions. Both spaces can be combined for larger events. Overnight lodging is available on-site as an add-on, with optional morning yoga, breakfast pastries, and resort amenities for guests who stay the night.
