Since its establishment in 2022, the venue has cultivated a design that balances pioneering grit with elegant glamour, featuring bold patterns, vibrant textures, and accents of bronze and marble. The interior design, conceptualized by Christian Triana, includes unique furniture pieces and artistic elements such as art tapestries and a full marble wall, creating a setting that is both calm and sleek yet inventive.

The venue encompasses nearly 8,000 square feet of high-design event spaces, including indoor and outdoor areas. It is known for its signature restaurant, Gathre, which serves a progressive take on modern American cuisine with a farm-to-table focus, sourcing ingredients from local and regional farms. Additionally, the rooftop lounge, Eddie Ate Dynamite, offers live music, innovative cocktails, and views of Nashville’s skyline, providing a dynamic atmosphere for guests.

Hotel Fraye hosts a wide range of celebrations and events, from weddings and corporate gatherings to art shows and social parties. Its amenities include audiovisual equipment, ample onsite parking with valet service, bridal suite/changing rooms, dining tables and chairs, onsite restrooms, and Wi-Fi. The venue’s policies require clients to use the venue’s catering and alcohol services, and it is a non-smoking property with a curfew at 1 AM.
