- La Bergerie has been recently renovated (2022): its 7 bedrooms, spread across the ground floor and the first floor, are spacious and most of them have private bathrooms and reversible air conditioning; the Great Lounge (60m²), equipped with a fireplace, is ideally designed for seminars and professional meetings (equipped with a video projector and a large screen, it can accommodate more than thirty collaborators) alongside the Passing Lounge (30m²) which offers about a dozen people the option to work additionally, either separately or not. The Small Lounge and the Vaulted Lounge also provide complementary workspaces.

- The Bergerie de l'Étang (2017) can accommodate up to 10 people with its 5 bedrooms, all equipped with private bathrooms and reversible air conditioning. On the ground floor, a vast Open Space invites convivial collaboration.

- The Bergerie du Parc, its twin (2026), can welcome an additional 8 people (4 double rooms, 4 private bathrooms, reversible air conditioning, and underfloor heating). On the ground floor, a large Open Space invites convivial collaboration.

The first one, "La Bergerie" (300m²), has been completely renovated recently (2022): its 7 double bedrooms, spread between the ground floor and the first floor, are spacious and most of them have private bathrooms and air conditioning. The "Grand Salon", with a fireplace, is ideally designed for seminars and professional meetings: equipped with a video projector and a large screen, it can accommodate around thirty collaborators alongside the "passing room" which offers about ten people the opportunity to work separately or not. The "Bergerie Neuve", nearby and more modern (2017), can accommodate up to 10 people with its 5 bedrooms, all equipped with private bathrooms and reversible air conditioning. A large open space on the ground floor invites friendly collaboration. For moments of relaxation, each house has a pool (12mx5m and 5mx3m) and share private access to the pond, made available to residents.
