La Maison Beauchamp

Situated in the heart of the Périgord, this traditional 19th-century property offers a peaceful setting just 5 minutes from a historic 13th-century bastide, ranked among the "Most Beautiful Villages in France". The region, rich in history, is ideal for exploration, with bastides such as Belvès and Beaumont, the Dordogne river lined with medieval villages and fortresses nearby. Furthermore, the major towns of Bergerac and Sarlat are a 40-minute drive away, while the charming bastides of Villeréal and Monflanquin in Lot-et-Garonne can be reached in less than 30 minutes.

The first dwelling, a traditional Périgord farmhouse, features robust stone walls, exposed beams, and is equipped with central heating and a wood stove. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and includes a private heated saltwater pool of 10m x 4m (from April to September), perfect for relaxation after a day’s work. The second, a modernised barn, offers reversible air conditioning in every room, 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and a private heated pool of 5m x 3m (from April to September). For added flexibility, the ground floor of this property can also be rented separately outside of high season as a one-bedroom gîte.

The two homes, separated by a 100 m² unused barn ensuring sound tranquility, were fully renovated in 2022. Each is perfectly equipped to meet the needs of professionals, combining modern comfort with historic charm. Together, they guarantee a most pleasant working stay in a region rich in heritage.
