The layout of the villa is designed to accommodate families and groups in the utmost comfort: 6 spacious bedrooms, 5 of which are equipped with their own shower or bath, and 4 separate WCs ensure everyone's privacy and convenience. A large 70 m² living room, featuring an open fireplace, creates a warm and friendly atmosphere, while the adjacent 25 m² dining room can accommodate up to 14 guests for memorable meals.

The equipped kitchen of 20 m² is perfect for preparing feasts, opening onto a large terrace facing the park, which is south-west facing, ideal for outdoor evenings. For the early risers, the east-facing belvedere offers stunning views of the sunrise over the Loire.

The villa offers various sleeping arrangements, including 6 double beds (with 2 convertible into 90 cm single beds), 1 bunk bed (with a double bed below and a single bed above), and the possibility of adding a travel cot for the little ones.

With self-catering, this rental is the ideal starting point to explore the riches of the region: Sancerre vineyards, local produce markets, supermarkets, goat farms, restaurants, and bakeries. There is no shortage of activities, including an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, an outdoor swimming pool, canoe rentals, cycling routes along the Loire, hot air balloon rides, equestrian centres, and much more. Just 500 metres from the gîte, the beaches of the Loire, swimming pool, tennis, mini-golf, and golf are easily accessible, particularly via the Loire bike path.
