Here, we don’t compensate; we avoid. Period.

The estate is climate-friendly, community-accounted, and completely convinced to be as quirky as necessary not to treat sustainability as a buzzword.

• LEADER label by Sustainable Berlin (GSTC = certified according to internationally recognized standards)
• European Green Hotelier Award? Won it twice.
• ECOnGood balance: 768 points. Most other hotels don’t even know it exists.

And because justice is important to us:

• 20% of profits? Charitable.
• Another 20%? For our team – salaries, benefits, genuine appreciation.
• 40%? Reinvestment. In buildings, ideas, the future.
• 10%? Paying off debts. Of course, we do that too.
