Situated in the charming region of New Aquitaine, our spacious property is ideally located halfway between the picturesque towns of Royan, Rochefort, Saintes, and Marennes, all approximately 20 km away. This area, rich in tourist attractions and known for its magnificent beaches, provides an ideal setting for business events and team retreats. You will also be able to enjoy the local wonders, such as the Atlantic coast, the ancient history of Saintes, or the world-renowned oysters of Marennes.

The estate includes seven independent gîtes that can accommodate between 6 to 16 people each, totalling a capacity of up to 70 people in lodging. These modern and comfortable gîtes maintain an authentic regional charm, with amenities such as fully equipped kitchens, private bathrooms, and spacious living areas.

For larger meetings, the venue also offers an indoor reception hall capable of hosting 70 people, as well as an outdoor reception area for up to 120 participants.

Leisure facilities include a solar-heated swimming pool, a landscaped garden with several resting areas, a ping-pong space, and a pétanque court.

The establishment offers a complete set of on-site services to meet your team's needs. The self-catering option allows each group to plan and manage their stay as they wish. For those looking to unwind after a long day of work, numerous leisure activities are available, including swimming, ping-pong, and pétanque.
