The Accommodation

Our Gite Gaming can accommodate a total of 15 Coworkers.

It has been specially designed for YOU if you are a company wishing to combine productive on-site work moments (2 large meeting/gaming rooms) with relaxation and sharing times between colleagues around the GAME in the broadest sense!

Practical aspects:

You will occupy a 4-level villa offering a living/dining room on the ground floor (2 large tables for 15 guests), a fully equipped kitchen, a 45m² Gaming space with a Man Cave vibe (5th sleeping area), and 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are large (over 15m²) on the two upper floors! A private courtyard for parking 2 medium-sized vehicles or 1 large vehicle.

- Full air conditioning available for stays from May to August.

- Fiber optic WIFI / Wired connection with a 16-port Ethernet switch and cat8 cables provided INCLUDED.

- Beds are made and towels are provided!

- Conference equipment is available as an option for companies (Flipchart + sheets and markers + projector + fixed screen + speaker + connectivity + access to a colour laser printer).

You will also occupy 2 duplex apartments, the only ones in this annex building:

- On the garden level, you have a double mezzanine bed + a double bed on the floor in the main room, as well as a single bed in the lounge area (fully equipped studio).

- On the 1st floor, you have a double mezzanine bed + a double sofa bed on the floor in the main room + 3 single beds in the bedroom.

- Beds are made and towels are provided!

After booking, upon request, we can send you a link to a guided video tour made by us to allow you an immersion into this surprising gite! You have 48 hours from our reservation validation to cancel your reservation FREE of charge if you change your mind after watching the virtual tour or for any other reason at your convenience!!!

For a cooperative gaming time with the Meta Quest 3 for shared Virtual Reality games!!! (New addition for 2025 available as an option!) including recent games such as Batman, "Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes" (highly acclaimed game) and more, all mirrored on a big screen so that the whole assembly can enjoy! (in the meeting/gaming room on the ground floor).

On a GIANT screen (3m x 2m):

- Access to PS5 with around thirty games (Call of Duty, NBA2K23, FC26 etc) + its incredible FLIGHT SIMULATOR with games such as Dirt5, GranTurismo7, F122 etc.

Our Gite Gaming is located in a lively and sometimes noisy area on weekends from Thursday night to Sunday morning due to the proximity of a nightclub (comings and goings for entering and exiting the club). This element does not disturb groups planning to stay on-site for one last game… (see comments at the bottom of the announcement 😉).

However, our Gite Gaming is not a festive place. Respect for the premises, installations, and neighbourhood is IMPERATIVE AT ALL TIMES.

We fully embrace the Geek/Gaming spirit and are keen on the sustainability of this MAGICAL rental offer!

Only karaoke has no place here for obvious reasons of inappropriate noise levels in the city centre. We make a significant distinction between "playing" and "partying".

Also available: 1 popcorn machine, 1 coffee maker with a bean grinder, raclette appliances, and 1 beer tap… in short, everything that can enhance conviviality and the happiness of being together in this unusual place, all within a striking Gaming atmosphere with thoughtful décor that will immerse you in the ambiance as soon as you arrive on site!
