Les Inséparables is a fine dining restaurant located in the heart of Aix-en-Provence, just a few steps from La Rotonde and the Cours Mirabeau. This exceptional place combines authentic gastronomy, sincerity, and passion in an elegant, warm, and friendly atmosphere. Each dish balances flavours, textures, freshness, and precision, supported by a short menu that ensures consistent quality and a regularly refreshed culinary experience. The restaurant offers tasting menus, vegetarian options, and a carefully curated wine list. Chef Christophe Bonanno brings his experience from prestigious French establishments such as La Grange de Belle Église, Hôtel de Crillon, Le Chapon Fin, Le Laurent, and the three-Michelin-starred L'Astrance. Alongside Mathieu, who manages the dining room and hospitality with a particular sensitivity to wine and taste, they founded Les Inséparables to share sincere, generous, and refined cuisine under the Provençal sun. The restaurant has been recognized as a "Table de Maître" by the Guide Boullenger and holds a Michelin distinction for 2024.
