Located 3km from Honfleur, nestled between the forest and the sea in the midst of a 7-hectare apple orchard, this unique building with contemporary decor overlooks the sea and offers an ideal setting for organizing team retreats and corporate seminars.

You will be enchanted by the beauty of the surroundings, the peaceful atmosphere, and the proximity to nature, which fosters creativity and relaxation. The property is easily accessible, with historic and cultural towns nearby, providing opportunities for exploration and escape during your breaks.

In this magical universe where relaxation is the key word, travel through time and space near the heated outdoor pool or at the Garancia Spa. Open to the public, this 200 m2 cocooning area focused on wellness and body treatments features two treatment rooms for body and facial therapies, one sauna with a salt wall, one hammam, one jacuzzi, one relaxation room, a heated outdoor pool (seasonal), and can be privatized upon request. The Spa is accessible to people with reduced mobility, with a ramp allowing access to the area around the pool.

The site offers you a unique meeting room. Furnished with Roche Bobois, equipped with 360° swivel chairs for better communication with your team. The room is also equipped with a Samsung flip interactive display screen, a break area with Nespresso machines, a modern and modular flip chart, suitable for all types of professional events, and high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring a productive and hassle-free experience.

From April to October, the old Beech tent welcomes you for your meetings. An atypical space offering all the comfort of a traditional room with the bonus of a lovely sea view!

The 27 rooms and suites (including 2 accessible for reduced mobility) are located in the manor or in the annex situated in the heart of the park, near the pool. All our rooms are unique. Each features colorful, chic, elegant, and trendy decor. The furniture, mostly designed by Roche Bobois, is sleek and contemporary, subtly blending with the character of the period parquet flooring and ancient fireplaces.

Start your day with a breakfast featuring local products such as cheese, charcuterie, jams, and bread, available in buffet style or in your room with our room service (at an additional charge), available from 8 am to 10 am.

Relaxing after a day of work, meeting friends or colleagues in a unique setting: all occasions are perfect for enjoying a moment of relaxation at the establishment's bar.

We have two restaurants on-site:

1. Le Capucine: Let yourself be surprised by a menu that combines creativity and respect for seasonal products. Nestled on the ground floor of our 17th-century manor, this unique venue blends old-world charm with modern design, offering a relaxed and cozy setting for an unforgettable culinary experience.
2. Le P'tit Yard: our casual dining bar! We offer a selection of natural and organic wines to preserve the flavors and authenticity of the product, alongside a "Made in Normandy" cocktail menu. We also provide a shared menu for you to dine while enjoying your natural wine or aperitif by the fire, or on sunny days, on our terrace at sunset.
