Masseria D'Erchia is a historic estate located in Monopoli, Apulia, Italy, set within twelve hectares of a park filled with secular olive trees. The property dates back to between the 11th and 19th centuries and includes significant examples of rock civilization settlements that developed in the region. These rupestrian settlements feature caves historically used as homes, workplaces, and churches, reflecting the area's rich cultural heritage.

The estate has undergone a restoration that honors its original materials and natural finishes, blending Mediterranean, Asian, colonial, elegant, and retro styles. Interiors and exteriors share a harmonious color palette inspired by the surrounding landscape, including rolling hills and coastline views. The grounds include two historic 19th-century citrus gardens, one with a swimming pool, and a monumental secular olive grove that can be arranged with lights to create a natural, bucolic atmosphere.

The venue accommodates up to 100 standing guests and 50 seated.
