Mercato Centrale Torino stands at Porta Palazzo, on the square of Turin’s large open-air market. Food artisans are at the heart of the venue, with shops offering everything from pizza and bread to meat, ramen and gyōza. Alongside its food shops, the market has teaching rooms, workshops and a dedicated event space called Spazio Fare. Its Scuola di Cucina brings culinary theory and hands-on practice together through masterclasses and workshops led with teachers, artisans and food professionals. The school also offers food-focused team-building activities and events.
