Mia Vojo

Mia Vojo is a seminar and event venue located in Thuringia, Germany, near the university city of Ilmenau in the district of Oehrenstock. It is situated at the edge of the Vessertal biosphere reserve within the Thuringian Forest, surrounded by woods and gentle hills, offering a tranquil and inspiring environment integrated with nature. The venue features a custom-built log house originally constructed in 2012 and reassembled on site, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere for corporate events, workshops, retreats, and celebrations. The venue offers several event spaces including seminar rooms and a main hall. The main hall is equipped with floor heating, a wood fireplace, an HD projector, a large screen measuring 3 by 2 meters, an audio mixer and amplifier, TV, and DVD player. The seminar rooms vary in size, with one room measuring 125 m² and another 120 m², and can accommodate up to 60 people in cocktail format. The spaces do not have daylight. Amenities include parking and a terrace. Accommodation is provided in seven apartments on site. Catering services are available, offering vegetarian and vegan full board options including regional spring water. Additional services such as bed linen, towels, tablecloths, and firewood can be requested. The venue is suitable for a variety of events including seminars, workshops, coaching sessions, yoga retreats, company celebrations, and group incentives. The setting and facilities support focused learning, networking, and relaxation in a nature-oriented atmosphere. The venue also includes a fully equipped kitchen for group use, suitable for up to 60 people.
