Nose & Belly opened in 2020 to realise a contemporary vision of gastronomy, channeling the team's passion for craft and the presentation of high-quality products. The establishment is recognised by Michelin as SELECTED, with its cuisine described as innovative and regional. The dining room presents a fine-dining atmosphere focused on thoughtful presentation and convivial exchange, inviting guests to relax and discover. Imagery on the site conveys an intimate, crafted dining environment. The restaurant seeks to create an experience of hospitality by breaking with the rigidity of classical haute cuisine and serving flavour compositions that work on an emotional level. Familiar tastes are reworked into new expressions while influences from afar are respectfully interwoven with locally sourced products and near-sourced ingredients. Chef Hendrik Ketter leads the kitchen. Specialties include selfmade sourdough bread, fine-dining tasting-style dishes and a curated wine selection.
