Set in a jungle environment illuminated by candlelight, the restaurant offers dishes crafted from a shared passion and collaborative creativity. Its menu highlights vibrant flavours and sustainable culinary journeys, featuring local, organic, and exotic ingredients from the Caribbean Sea and the Mayan jungle. The kitchen collaborates with Mestiza de Indias, a regenerative farm in the Yucatán Peninsula that combines ancient Mayan agricultural techniques with modern practices. This partnership brings unique ingredients such as winged beans, honey pineapples, and African cucumbers straight from field to table.
