Palermo Restaurant

Palermo Restaurant is located on Rue des Carmes in Liège and is run by Simon and Francis Palermo around a simple motto: “Le plaisir se partage” — pleasure is meant to be shared. The restaurant highlights a warm setting, friendly service and a cuisine designed for dishes to be shared at the centre of the table. Its concept is based on shared plates, ordered at each table’s own pace and according to everyone’s appetite. The cooking is mainly Italian and Mediterranean, while also including a few local specialities. The menu mentions items such as Iberian ham, burrata, vitello tonnato, homemade fried calamari, truffle risotto, chicken tajine, Palermo-style ribs, beef tagliatta, arrosticini, grilled prawns, seafood paella and desserts to share. For group meals and company gatherings, Palermo states that it can prepare a tailor-made meal for a group. The website also presents group menus, including an Italian menu, as well as a lunch formula served from Tuesday to Saturday at midday.
