This approach emphasises the natural flavours and quality of each component. Chef de Cuisine Melven Batocabe leads the kitchen, crafting dishes that showcase the essence of European comfort food with a focus on live-fire preparation. The beverage programme includes an extensive wine list curated by Master Sommelier June Rodil, featuring Italian, Spanish, and French producers alongside selections from progressive New World vineyards.
