Sphère is a gourmet restaurant located on La Boétie Street in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. It offers a new culinary experience that celebrates both taste and visual art, presenting authentic Parisian gastronomy in a refined and modern environment. The concept combines a chic, high-end, and zen atmosphere with ambitious French gourmet cuisine crafted by Chef Tetsuya Yoshida. The restaurant transforms throughout the day, serving as a lively spot for lunch in the heart of the bustling district before becoming an intimate and quiet space, ideal for private dinners and romantic evenings. Its luxurious interiors feature a central island with bespoke banquettes and striking lighting, an entrance lounge with an enigmatic staircase, and a magnificent emerald bar illuminated by glowing spheres. Chef Tetsuya Yoshida, originally from Nagasaki, combines a cosmopolitan background with an extensive French culinary training. After studying law, he trained in Osaka, worked at Les Enfants Terribles and the Michelin-starred Les Enfants Gâtés, before honing his skills at Esquisse and Les Canailles in Paris. At Sphère, he offers delicate, sensory, and imaginative cuisine marked by precise and creative techniques. The menu highlights refined French gastronomy with creative canapés, Binchotan-grilled meats, seafood and fish dishes, as well as elegant tasting formats. Among the signature offerings are the Carte Blanche tasting menu and special menus for festive occasions, paired with subtly chosen wine pairings.
