It offers a welcoming and versatile environment suitable for a wide range of events including meetings, conferences, training courses, exhibitions, social and art clubs, and indoor sports such as badminton. The building features level access from the street, a lift, baby change facilities, and toilets designed to disability standards, ensuring comfort and convenience for all visitors. The venue comprises five distinct meeting rooms, each with its own character and capacity. The Orchard is a carpeted, centrally heated space filled with natural light, ideal for smaller groups. Penlee is a large hall with sports flooring, suitable for bigger gatherings. Mounts Bay offers a cosy setting perfect for one-to-one meetings, complete with facilities to make hot drinks. Wheal Betsy features a carpeted, heated room with a charming arched window, while Tolcarne is a spacious area with sports flooring, upholstered chairs, and beautiful blackout and acoustic curtains, enhancing the ambiance for various events. All rooms provide access to hot drink making facilities, and external catering is permitted. The venue is equipped with wireless broadband and offers additional equipment hire such as laptops, data projectors, and screens. Facilities include tea, flipcharts, whiteboards, print/scan/copy services, breakout rooms, a stage, and a lectern. Premises parking is available, and the venue is not licensed for alcohol.
