Wibbelings Hof

Wibbelings Hof is a gourmet farmhouse restaurant on a restored family farm in Dortmund Holthausen operated by Sandra and Jörn Haumann. The farm was built in 1899 by Gustav Wibbeling and, after several years of renovation, the restaurant reopened at the end of 2021. The owners stress sustainability, responsible use of natural resources and regional sourcing, complemented by bio‑certified products. The site houses a farm shop offering regional specialties and gift ideas and is presented as suitable for private celebrations and business events. The venue offers an idyllic, cosy and romantic farmhouse setting with indoor dining spaces and landscaped outdoor garden areas. Restored barn and atrium-style rooms provide a warm, rustic‑fine‑dining ambience. The kitchen combines the depth of Westphalian produce with world-class ingredients such as lobster and Wagyu and emphasizes fermentation and honest craftsmanship. The menu is modern and seasonal, follows product availability, and a multi-course Fine Dining tasting menu is offered Wednesday to Saturday evenings. Signature specialties include a multi-course Fine Dining tasting menu, lobster dishes, Wagyu preparations, Flammkuchen Elsässer Art and yellowfin mackerel with goose liver.
