Hotel-Restaurant Anthon is a family-run hotel and restaurant in Obersteinbach, within the protected Regional Park of the Northern Vosges, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. It offers standard and superior rooms, on-site wellness: wood‑fired sauna and Patagonian bath, and hosts cooking classes for amateur cooks to learn chef’s techniques. Selected by the Michelin Guide, it blends protected location, family culinary tradition, wellness and cooking education into a distinctive destination for diners and travellers. A charming country auberge, it features a lounge, garden and terrace; the dining room seats 80, offering a warm, rustic ambience and a salon.
