The partner's word

Coraje sits in the Brera neighborhood and does something genuinely interesting: it takes Argentine cooking and lets it have a conversation with Italian and Mediterranean traditions. The result is a menu that feels specific and considered rather than scattered. Chef Ernesto Espinoza's signatures say a lot about the approach here. Risotto alla Milanese gets reframed with Malbec-braised cheek bites. Paccheri is paired with a 24-hour Neapolitan-style ragù built from Argentine cuts — entraña, lomo, and chorizo. Squid ink ravioli comes filled with cod and shrimp. These are dishes that take technique seriously on both sides of the Atlantic. The setting is welcoming and polished without feeling stiff — the kind of place that works for a business dinner but doesn't feel transactional. Service is attentive and warm. If you're putting together an event where the food itself needs to be part of the conversation, Coraje gives you something worth talking about.
