Organise a company event in Graz

Graz has a surprisingly varied venue landscape. The Lend neighbourhood, just west of the Mur, has become the city's creative quarter and is home to converted industrial spaces that work well for product launches or informal away days. For larger conferences or formal seminars, the area around the Congresszentrum Graz and the Messe Graz exhibition grounds offers purpose-built facilities with strong AV setups and breakout rooms. Graz rewards teams who take a bit of time to explore it. A guided tour of the Altstadt, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, makes for an easy and genuinely interesting group activity that needs almost no organising. For something more hands-on, cooking classes focused on Styrian cuisine, including pumpkin-seed oil and local wines from the surrounding region, tend to go down well. The Schlossberg, the forested hill right in the centre of the city, is also worth a group walk up, either on foot or via the funicular, and the views are a decent reward after a long morning of meetings.
