Glacier Park Weddings at Great Northern Resort is nestled just outside the west entrance to Glacier National Park in Montana, an area often referred to as the Crown Jewel of the Continent. The venue features a private, naturally landscaped ceremony meadow surrounded by native pine trees and wild foliage, offering panoramic views of the Apgar Mountain, Strawberry Mountain, and numerous snow-capped peaks within Glacier National Park. The setting combines rustic charm with sophisticated touches, creating a bohemian and romantic atmosphere.

The property includes a tiered ceremony lawn designed to provide excellent sightlines for all guests, regardless of group size. Adjacent to the ceremony space is a classic white reception tent set in an open-air, tree-lined meadow. This 40 x 75-foot frame tent comes fully installed with the venue rental and can accommodate up to 200 guests for seated dinners and receptions. The tent’s simple surroundings allow for versatile decor options, while bistro string lights add warmth as evening falls.

Additional features include a cozy glamping-style wall tent framed with Lodgepole pine, ideal for intimate gatherings or elopements. The venue preserves the natural Montana landscape and native plants, enhancing the authentic outdoor experience. On-site accommodations include five cabins inspired by the original Glacier Park Swiss Chalets, collectively housing up to 38 guests. The venue also serves as a base for various Montana adventures such as whitewater rafting, guided fly fishing, and historic tours within Glacier National Park.
