This historic estate has been preserved and passed down through generations, maintaining its original charm while incorporating modern amenities. The property features distinctive elements such as original wooden Moorish arches on the Morsica Terrace and a brightly colored chapel dating back to the 1700s, which provide unique backdrops for events. The gardens are filled with mature fruit trees and massive palms, enhancing the tropical and romantic atmosphere.

Opened as an event venue and luxury lodging space in 2022, Hacienda Chuntuac offers a blend of bohemian, eco-friendly, garden party, romantic, and tropical styles. Its outdoor spaces include multiple terraces and expansive gardens suitable for various celebrations, from weddings and corporate events to family reunions and creative workshops. The venue supports a capacity of up to 600 guests and allows clients to select their own caterers and bring their own alcohol, with music permitted outdoors until 3 AM.
