Le domaine Le Poudrier

This 4-hectare property by the river was initially a flour mill in the 16th century, notable for its two waterwheels. Later, it was requisitioned by Louis XIV as a Royal Mill for the production of gunpowder. Subsequently, the site has been successively a porcelain factory, a hydroelectric power station, and a spinning mill.

The master house, the mill, and the guest house open onto a flowering garden and a patch of vines, providing an ideal setting for working or recharging as a team.
