Lumbre is located in the Art District of San José del Cabo, inside a renovated warehouse from the 1960s that combines a modern and industrial design full of life with furniture and grills crafted by local artisans. The dining area on the ground floor merges vibrant energy with a relaxed atmosphere, while a lounge bar on the upper floor offers a cosmopolitan contrast, designed for special events and memorable nights. The restaurant specializes in Mexican cuisine prepared with fire-based techniques, utilizing a wood grill, an old wood stove, and a brick oven. Its menu features simple and heartfelt dishes made exclusively with local ingredients from Baja Sur, sourced from fishermen, ranchers, and farmers. This approach emphasizes the essence of each ingredient through a blend of traditional and innovative cooking methods.
