The space combines raw industrial aesthetics — masonry block walls and polished concrete floors — with high-end modern design, lending it a distinctive urban character suited to film productions, creative shoots, and private events. The Whole Venue spans multiple levels and can accommodate up to 15 guests for seated dining and up to 50 for standing events. The first level features a spacious studio with a two-story roll-up door that opens onto a private patio, along with a two-car garage with direct access. The upper levels offer a bridge-connected living room and an open Bulthaup kitchen with SubZero and Wolf appliances, as well as a master suite with a spa tub. Crowning the property is a rooftop deck with 360-degree panoramic views of the city and mountains, providing an impressive backdrop for receptions, cocktail events, or creative gatherings. On-site accommodation is available through the master suite on the upper levels.
