Founded in 2000 and led by Frédéric Soleilhac de Savas (Ardèche, 07430), Impact Animation has spent over two decades building a reputation as a reliable specialist in event animation and sound reinforcement across Ardèche and its neighboring departments. The company operates as a sole proprietorship combining technical expertise with a personalized approach: each engagement is directly managed by the founder, ensuring consistent quality and a single point of contact, from the initial inquiry to the day after the event. The main offering revolves around professional audio system solutions tailored to the size of events. Four rental packages cater to gatherings of 40 to 100 guests and are built around the 400-watt RCF ART 315A MK3 active speakers, known in the events industry for their clarity and reliability. Packages 1 and 2 focus on simple audio playback (speaker, stand, audio cable, extension lead), while Packages 3 and 4 add a mixing console and a Shure wireless microphone — ideal for speeches, presentations, or master of ceremony announcements during corporate evenings and seminars. All packages include on-site installation by the operator on the same day; the equipment is collected the next morning. For clients wanting more control over their setup, a wide range of individual rental items is available: Behringer mixing consoles (the Eurorack UB 2442 FX PRO and the Xenyx 1202 FX), Shure wireless microphone systems (single PGX24/SM58 or double BLX288/PG58), an active Bluetooth speaker, a 3-meter ASD SX 290 truss, and effect lighting units including the Stairville LED BossFX-2 Pro and Gena LED effect lights. A Pioneer DJ controller XDJ RX 3 and a custom wooden DJ stand — finished in lacquered wood for both indoor and outdoor use — are at the heart of the all-inclusive DJ offering, giving corporate events an elegant aesthetic and quality stage presence. The photobooth service offers a fully managed experience rather than just a rental of equipment. An operator remains present during the four or five-hour sessions, managing the NUC 11 PC, a 19-inch iiyama touchscreen, and a 4K Logitech Brio camera under an adjustable LED lamp. Photos can be printed in under 15 seconds by a DNP DS 620 printer in either portrait or landscape 10×15 cm format, or in a 5×15 cm strip format, with fully customizable templates based on the event theme that can include one to four photos per print. All original images are delivered on USB. The optimal activation window extends from the arrival of guests until late in the evening — typically from 6:30 PM to 11:00 PM — keeping participants engaged during cocktail receptions and throughout dinner. Karaoke is offered in two configurations: a lightweight setup that integrates with an existing audio system (video projector, screen, two wireless microphones) for use during cocktail or meal times, and a fully autonomous evening package including a 3,500-lumen projector with a 1.80 × 1.80 m screen, two wireless microphones, a DJ controller, dedicated speakers, and KaraFun software providing access to 45,000 online songs and 1,000 offline. For room ambiance, a pack of 14 wireless battery-powered uplighters of 4×10W — with over eight hours of battery life, real-time colour change, and programmable fade sequences — can transform the atmosphere of any space, and individual projectors are available for more modest needs. All rental agreements require a signed contract and a deposit cheque equivalent to the value of the rented equipment.
