Casa Narcisa, located on Paseo de la Castellana in Madrid, operates as El Asador de la Castellana under the La Máquina group. The restaurant pays tribute to Narcisa, the founder's mother, through a culinary concept focused on authenticity over an oak charcoal grill. Its menu showcases more than 40 years of experience, featuring both meats and fresh fish sourced directly from Spanish fish markets in Galicia, Asturias, Alicante, Huelva, and Cádiz. Signature dishes include a 40-day dry-aged Ayrshire rib steak and fresh wild sea bass baked in salt, designed to be shared between two and four diners. Every Thursday at noon, Casa Narcisa offers a traditional Madrid-style cocido available by reservation only. The venue spans three floors with diverse settings, including panoramic dining rooms that offer privileged views of Paseo de la Castellana through large soundproof windows. Guests can also enjoy a heated outdoor terrace, an interior terrace surrounded by greenery, and a bar area that is open without the need for a reservation.
